Our spice rub is a combination of herbs, spices, salt and brown sugar, with a southwest twist. However, it tends to change its flavor profile with the different applications it is used for. It tastes great on any meat or vegetarian items. We love to put it on french fries, chicken, pork, beef, and anything else that needs a bit of love.

The rub can be used as a substitute for salt for those that are trying to cut down on their sodium, as it will flavor your food without adding a ton of salt. There is salt in there, however not as much as you would normally use.

For the vegetarians, this will bring a great flavor to tofu, seitan, tempeh, or any veggies.

The rub can be used as a dry rub, a wet rub when mixed with olive oil to make a paste, or just as an all purpose seasoning.
